Informativa resa ai sensi dell'art. 13 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR) a chi visita il sito easycloud.it.

Responsabile della protezione dei dati (DPO). La ditta individuale non rientra nei casi in cui la nomina del Responsabile della protezione dei dati è obbligatoria (art. 37 GDPR) e pertanto non lo ha designato. Per qualsiasi richiesta sul trattamento dei dati personali, compreso l'esercizio dei diritti indicati al punto 6, puoi rivolgerti direttamente al Titolare ai recapiti sopra indicati.
2. Dati trattati e finalità
Il sito ha natura informativa: non ci sono moduli di contatto, registrazioni, newsletter, aree riservate né strumenti di statistica o pubblicità.
- Dati di navigazione. I sistemi che fanno funzionare il sito acquisiscono, come previsto dai protocolli di Internet, alcuni dati tecnici: indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta, codice di risposta, tipo di browser e sistema operativo. Questi dati (log del server) sono registrati automaticamente dal fornitore di hosting al solo fine di garantire la sicurezza e il corretto funzionamento del sito e di individuare eventuali abusi o attacchi informatici. Non sono usati per identificare gli utenti né per profilarli.
- Dati inviati volontariamente. Se ci scrivi all'indirizzo email o ci telefoni ai recapiti indicati, useremo i dati che ci comunichi (nome, indirizzo email, numero di telefono, contenuto del messaggio) solo per risponderti e, se lo richiedi, per fornirti informazioni o un preventivo.
- Video YouTube. Alcune pagine contengono video di YouTube che vengono caricati solo se avvii il video con il pulsante di riproduzione. Da quel momento i dati vengono trattati da Google, come descritto nella Cookie Policy.
3. Base giuridica
I dati di navigazione sono trattati in base al legittimo interesse del Titolare a proteggere il sito e a garantirne il funzionamento (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR). I dati inviati volontariamente sono trattati per rispondere alle tue richieste, anche precontrattuali (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR). Il caricamento dei video YouTube avviene solo con la tua azione esplicita (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR).
4. Destinatari
I dati di navigazione sono conservati sui server di Register S.p.A. (Register.it), fornitore di hosting che agisce come Responsabile del trattamento. I dati non sono diffusi né ceduti a terzi, salvo richieste dell'autorità giudiziaria. Se scegli di guardare un video, i relativi dati sono trattati da Google Ireland Limited come titolare autonomo; Google può trasferirli negli Stati Uniti, sulla base dell'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework e delle clausole contrattuali standard.
5. Conservazione
I log del server sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario a garantire la sicurezza del sito, secondo le politiche del fornitore di hosting, e poi cancellati automaticamente, salvo necessità di accertare reati. I messaggi che ci invii sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la tua richiesta e l'eventuale rapporto che ne segue.
6. Diritti dell'interessato
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento al Titolare, ai recapiti indicati al punto 1, l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità e di opporti al trattamento (artt. 15-22 GDPR). Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Il conferimento dei dati di navigazione è necessario per visitare il sito; l'invio di dati tramite email o telefono è facoltativo. Non viene svolto alcun processo decisionale automatizzato.

Data Protection Officer (DPO). The sole proprietorship does not fall within the cases in which appointing a Data Protection Officer is mandatory (Art. 37 GDPR) and has therefore not designated one. For any request about the processing of personal data, including exercising the rights listed in section 6, you can contact the controller directly using the details above.
2. Data processed and purposes
This is an informational website: there are no contact forms, sign-ups, newsletters, reserved areas, analytics or advertising tools.
- Browsing data. The systems running the website collect, as required by Internet protocols, some technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, response code, browser and operating system. These data (server logs) are recorded automatically by the hosting provider only to keep the website secure and working and to detect abuse or cyber attacks. They are not used to identify or profile users.
- Data you send us. If you write to our email address or call us, we will use the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, message content) only to reply and, if you ask, to send you information or a quote.
- YouTube videos. Some pages contain YouTube videos that are only loaded if you press the play button. From then on, data are processed by Google as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Legal basis
Browsing data are processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest in protecting the website and keeping it working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data you send us are processed to answer your requests, including pre-contractual ones (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). YouTube videos are only loaded following your explicit action (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Browsing data are stored on the servers of Register S.p.A. (Register.it), the hosting provider acting as data processor. Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties, except at the request of judicial authorities. If you choose to watch a video, the related data are processed by Google Ireland Limited as an independent controller; Google may transfer them to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as necessary to keep the website secure, according to the hosting provider's policies, and are then deleted automatically, unless needed to investigate crimes. Messages you send us are kept as long as necessary to handle your request and any relationship that follows.
6. Your rights
You can ask the controller at any time, using the contacts in section 1, for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Browsing data are necessary to visit the website; sending data by email or phone is optional. No automated decision-making takes place.
